Born August 1, 1969 in Augsburg, Germany. She is survived by parents, Glenn C. Cordeiro, Inge G. Cordeiro; brother, Clifford (Naoko) Cordeiro; niece, Fay Cordeiro.

Mona loved her family, aunties, uncles, cousins, co-workers, and friends and enjoyed being Aunty Mona to their children.
